We are a force for good, and we want to be the standard for trust online.We are seeking a Strategic Data Partnerships Manager to lead the negotiation, execution, and ongoing management of data licensing agreements with global data providers. This role will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure that all data usage within our products and services is compliant, commercially optimized, and aligned with business strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for selected global data providers, fostering strong, long-term relationships that drive mutual value.Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and finalize data license agreements with exchanges and other third-party providers, ensuring favorable commercial and operational terms.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams including Product, Legal, Finance, Proposition, Sales, Rights Governance, Compliance, and Commercial Analysis to align agreements with business objectives.Usage Governance: Manage issues relating to the third-party usage rights of data within products and services, ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.Commercial Optimization: Implement new pricing structures and commercial terms for both new and existing services, supporting revenue growth and cost efficiency.Agreement Management: Support, review and manage internal legal and compliance teams to prepare, and amend agreements as needed to reflect evolving business needs and regulatory requirements.Operational Compliance: Oversee reporting, payment, and compliance matters tied to third-party data agreements, guiding internal teams to meet all contractual obligations.Qualifications & ExperienceProven track record in negotiating and managing complex commercial agreements, ideally within financial services, data licensing, or technology.Experience working with exchanges or large-scale third-party data providers.Strong understanding of contractual terms relating to data usage rights, compliance, and licensing.Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse functions.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and commercial acumen.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Why Shaping the Future with Us ?BenefitsRemote flexibility & global team.Stock options & career growth opportunities.Learning budget & refresh days.Comprehensive health & wellness benefits.We are the preferred identity verification platform partner for the world’s most innovative growth-driven organizations helping conveniently verify and safeguard users anywhere in the world.
