Learning Delivery Manager Position
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our learning delivery operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating training sessions, analyzing training needs, and ensuring proper execution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze client-provided training needs and determine session requirements.
* Initiate and manage session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation as needed.
* Organize and execute training sessions according to trainee expectations and availability.
* Coordinate with the Indian team for changes or updates in training events/programs.
* Support completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoicing if required.
* Ensure adherence to workflow and processes using the CRM tool.

Requirements:
* 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations.
* International work environment experience.
* High-level understanding of the training landscape.
* Customer service-oriented approach is essential.
* Team player.
* Clear communication skills.
* Attention to detail, structured, and organized, capable of prioritizing activities.
* CRM software knowledge.
* LMS familiarity is an added advantage.
* English fluency is mandatory.
* Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint.
