We’re looking for a Web Analytics & Attribution Specialist to help us deliver clean, reliable tracking and actionable insights for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who understands the complexity of web tracking, GA4, GTM, ad pixels, conversion APIs, and knows how to connect the dots so marketing teams can trust their data and make better decisions.
If you enjoy solving attribution puzzles and making sure every click and conversion is tracked accurately, this role will put you at the center of impactful client work.
Key Responsibilities
* Implement, audit, and optimize GA4 setups with a focus on accurate attribution.
* Build and manage GTM containers for event, conversion, and cross-platform tracking.
* Configure and troubleshoot pixels, events, and APIs (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
* Identify and fix attribution gaps across websites, cross-domain setups, and multiple platforms.
* Align tracking setups with paid media campaigns to ensure reliable reporting.
* Create dashboards (Looker Studio or similar) that make performance data easy to understand.
* Document setups clearly and collaborate with performance marketing teams.
Required Skills & Experience
* 3–5 years of hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM.
* Proven expertise in attribution across Google Ads, Meta, and other major ad platforms.
* Strong understanding of GA4’s event/data model and GTM implementation best practices.
* Ability to troubleshoot tracking issues such as misfiring tags, duplicate events, or broken data layers.
* Familiarity with conversion APIs, consent mode, and privacy-first tracking setups.
* Clear communication skills to bridge technical insights with business needs.
Nice to Have
* Experience with server-side tagging and advanced data pipelines (e.g., BigQuery).
* Knowledge of JavaScript for advanced tracking setups.
* Experience building attribution-focused reporting frameworks.
