As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for sales activities of the organization, including managing client relationships and selling injection molding machinery and aftermarket services to customers.Work You’ll DoDevelop and implement sales strategies, identify potential customers, and manage existing customer relationships to meet sales targets and margins for injection molding machineryOrganize sales activities, business development activities, and sales operations/administrationAssess customer needs and suggest appropriate products, services, and solutionsDevelop and deliver sales bids, proposals, and presentationsConduct product demonstrationsDevelop strategies focused on expanding client base within defined market segments, produce new account revenue in line with current organization and individual targets/quotasSupervise sales professionals and set performance objectives, conduct performance reviews, and recommend pay actionsMonitor and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance indicatorsBasic QualificationsTechnical degree with an engineering focus5+ years of experience selling industrial equipment2+ years of experience leading industrial sales teamsFamiliarity with plastic processing equipmentFluent in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languagesWillingness to travel 50% of the time or more, both nationally and internationallyWho We AreMilacron is a global leader in the manufacture, distribution and service of highly engineered and customized systems within the $27 billion plastic technology and processing industry.
