Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage the full life cycle of contingent workforce requests. This role will serve as a key point of contact for client hiring managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless requisition management, compliance, and operational success.
* Train, assist, and facilitate the requisition life cycle with client hiring managers and suppliers.
* Support large-scale hiring initiatives, data integrity projects, and supplier rationalization efforts.
* Conduct intake calls, qualify candidate resumes, and manage requisition flow from posting through fulfillment.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, suppliers, and internal program teams to ensure program success.
* Maintain a service-focused approach, delivering a high-quality experience to all stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, preferably in a business-related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in MSP operations, or contingent workforce management.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with Beeline.
* Bilingual Competency across English and Portuguese.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
* Proven success in a client-facing, fast-paced, environment.
* Self-starter who can work independently and exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations.
* Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities with a solution-driven mindset.
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy under tight deadlines.
