Contingent Workforce Manager Role
In this challenging role, you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contingent workforce requests.
* You will serve as a key point of contact for client hiring managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities include:
* Train, assist, and facilitate the requisition life cycle with client hiring managers and suppliers.
* Support large-scale hiring initiatives and supplier rationalization efforts.
* Conduct intake calls, qualify candidate resumes, and manage requisition flow from posting through fulfillment.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a business-related field.
* 3–5 years of experience in MSP operations, or contingent workforce management.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with Beeline.
* Bilingual competency across English and Portuguese.
* Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex concepts clearly.
