As the leader for Prime Video's business in Brazil, you'll shape the entertainment experience for millions of customers while managing a multi-million dollar P&L across SVOD, Channels, TVOD, and advertising.This role offers the unique opportunity to build long-term strategy, drive operational excellence, and directly influence Prime Video's success in one of Latin America's most dynamic markets.You will be the inspiring leader that will obsess every day about Prime Video in Brazil, putting yourself in the shoes of local customers. You will own the full P&L, set strategic direction through short and long term annual planning cycles, and serve as the primary business leader interfacing with other Prime Video central functions like Finance, Marketing, Marketplace, CAM, Public Policy, Legal, PR & Comms, Product, Studios, as well as other Amazon business in the country, such as Stores, Prime, Amazon Advertising, Amazon Music, Devices among others.Key job responsibilitiesBusiness Strategy & P&L Ownership: Own and drive the complete P&L for Prime Video Brazil, including SVOD, Prime Video Channels, TVOD, and Advertising revenue streamsBusiness Strategy & P&L Ownership: Develop and execute comprehensive business strategy translating global Prime Video International objectives into locally relevant plans that deliver long-term growth, engagement, and profitabilityBusiness Strategy & P&L Ownership: Lead annual and long-term planning cycles, setting ambitious yet achievable goals for net member balance growth, engagement metrics, and revenue targetsBusiness Strategy & P&L Ownership: Maintain real-time understanding of business performance through robust mechanisms and metrics, proactively identifying and investmentsProgramming & Content Strategy: Partner with Content Acquisition Managers (CAMs) to define content needs and set goals for central teams to deliver against regional business customer preferencesStrategic Planning & Market Intelligence: Proactively advocate for Prime Video's strategic direction, adjusting approach based on Brazil-specific dynamics and Brazilian customer insightsStrategic Planning & Market Intelligence: Define regional/local budget requirements and KPIs, working closely with Finance partners to ensure accurate forecasting and resource allocationBasic Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience- 15+ years of professional experience in business strategy, operations, consulting, or general management roles- 5+ years of experience in P&L ownership or business unit leadership with demonstrated financial accountability- Experience developing and executing multi-year strategic plans (OP1/OP2 or equivalent planning processes), with proven track record of using data and metrics to drive business decisions and measure impact- Experience building and managing high performing teams, influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units- Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and verbal), with prior experience working in BrazilPreferred Qualifications- Experience in streaming video, subscription services, digital media businesses, entertainment, technology or e-commerce industries- Track record of building and scaling businesses in high-growth, ambiguous environments- Experience with content investments, content programming, merchandising, or marketing strategy- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, AI or business intelligence tools- Knowledge of Brazilian media landscape, competitive dynamics, and regulatory environment- Strong verbal and written communication skills, and experience presenting
