 
        
        Global Mobility Leader
Job Overview:
 * We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Mobility professional to lead our end-to-end mobility lifecycle processes, develop process maps to gain efficiency, implement governance triggers, track regulatory changes, and prepare compliance dashboards.
 * Change Management Support: Partner with HRBPs, Tax, legal, and Payroll teams to operationalize policy updates, roll out communication plans, address employee resistance, and gather assignee feedback.
 * Digital & Data-Driven Operations: Leverage mobility platform to automate processes, assignee interfaces, expense tracking, and document collection; monitor assignment costs/compliance metrics, and update real-time reports on case statuses and SLA adherence.
 * Employee Experience & Support: Resolve complex mobility inquiries independently, manage immigration lawyers/relocation services in priority regions, maintain self-service tools for common relocation scenarios.
Requirements:
 * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
 * 5+ years of experience in global mobility operations with hands-on lifecycle process execution.
 * Fluent English language skills plus Mandarin preferred.
 * GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) or process automation credentials preferred.
