Your Role as an IT Support Engineer I

Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement advanced engineering, infrastructure management, and systems administration to drive network excellence.
* Maintain critical systems uptime and performance during operational hours to ensure minimal disruption.
* Execute local technical projects from conception to completion to deliver results-driven solutions.
* Conduct root cause analysis to resolve operational challenges and improve our technology infrastructure.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard procedures to ensure consistency and quality.
* Partner with leadership and teams to enhance IT infrastructure and drive business growth.
* Provide expert technical support across multiple facilities to deliver excellent customer service.
* Deliver remote assistance to distributed teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
* Travel within region to support on-site needs as required to ensure seamless support.
Qualifications
* 1+ years of experience with Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM.
* 2+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment.
* 2+ years of networking experience (DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, TCP/IP).
* 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating Systems support experience.
* 2+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment.
* CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry-relevant certifications.
* Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status, and prioritizing tasks.
* 2+ years of computer networking experience.
* Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science or equivalent.
* PMP Certification.
