Role Description
This is a remote position as a Microsoft 365 Tenant to Tenant Migration Engineer. The role involves planning, executing, and managing Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations, ensuring seamless transitions while minimizing downtime. The responsibilities include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, performing data migrations across environments, and collaborating with the team to optimize software and infrastructure configurations for efficient performance.
Qualifications
Microsoft Tenant to Tenant migration skills (Exchange/SharePoint administrative understanding at minimum)
Understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (must have)
Quest ODM Tool certification (nice to have)
10+ years’ experience in enterprise / corporate environments
Deep .NET / C# expertise, with hands-on work modernizing applications to Azure
Azure Functions:
Designing, building, and supporting Azure Functions
Refactoring legacy .NET/middleware into Azure-native or serverless solutions
Experience working with U.S.-based teams and strong English communication
Availability aligned to ET ± 1 hour
