Job Opportunity: Sales Manager
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in LATAM, focusing on nutraceutical ingredients for the dietary supplement and functional food & beverage industries.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients, a proven track record of managing key accounts, developing territory plans, presenting products to customers, collaborating with internal teams, monitoring market trends, meeting sales targets, and providing technical support.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, English proficiency, self-motivation, and exceptional time management abilities. The ability to travel across LATAM as required is also essential.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage key accounts and develop territory plans to drive sales growth
* Present products to customers and collaborate with internal teams to meet sales targets
* Monitor market trends and provide technical support as needed
* Travel across LATAM as required to support sales efforts
Requirements:
* 5+ years of B2B sales experience in nutraceutical ingredients within LATAM
* Strong understanding of nutraceutical ingredients and their applications
* Proven ability to prospect, build pipelines, negotiate, and close deals across multiple countries
* Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, English proficiency
* Self-motivation and excellent time management skills
