The project involves splitting the organization into two independent divisions, requiring substantial adjustments and realignment across SAP SD processes. This includes order-to-cash processes, pricing, billing, and customer master data management. The role is critical in ensuring that all SD-related processes are properly evaluated and transitioned to fully support the new organizational structure.
