Located in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, in the Lehigh Valley region, our modern 144-bed behavioral health facility is scheduled to open in November 2025. It will provide high-quality behavioral health services for seniors, adults, and adolescents.
The Chief Nursing Officer will be a key member of the hospital's Senior Leadership Team, responsible for developing and implementing a patient-centric nursing strategy, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care aligned with UHS's mission and values. The CNO will build the initial nursing department, focusing on People, Service, Quality, Growth, and Finance.

Qualifications include a PA nursing license, BSN (MSN preferred), behavioral health nursing experience, management skills, and leadership abilities. Three or more years of nursing management in behavioral health is preferred.
