Product Designer
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where you will define and lead design experiences across three core products. Your primary goal will be to take ideas from concept to completion, ensuring that designs are feasible, scope appropriately, and account for edge cases and error states.
About the Role
* You will work closely with engineers to ensure that designs are executed effectively, and you'll be responsible for conducting and managing full research processes, from planning and scheduling to execution and synthesis.
* As a product designer, you will lead usability testing sessions, gather feedback, and refine designs accordingly. Your ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with team members is crucial in this role.
* You will contribute to establishing and maintaining a consistent design language and component library, as well as creating and maintaining brand and marketing materials.
Requirements
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in Product/UX Design.
* Fluent in English.
* A strong portfolio with concrete examples of designing and shipping complex web or mobile interfaces.
* Strong proficiency with Figma, with the ability to translate requirements and ideas into simple design solutions.
* Experience designing for similar users is preferred (Nurses, Senior Care Professionals).
Interview Process
* Please apply with your LinkedIn profile and/or resume, including a portfolio link.
* Asynchronous portfolio review: Create a 15-minute video walking through a relevant project that demonstrates your skills and experience related to the role.
* Project: Spend 2 hours on a small project. You will be given product context and asked to come up with low-fidelity designs for a user experience that would address the problem. You will present your project during a 1-hour interview with leadership.
* 1-2 additional follow-up 1:1s with the founder and/or Head of Engineering may be requested to address unresolved questions.
