Marketing Team Coordinator

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and possess excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. The successful candidate will be an organized and proactive individual who can work effectively in a team environment.


About the Role

* This role is responsible for managing internal communication and task coordination to support the smooth execution of client work.
* The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with creative teams to create briefs, set up tasks, track timelines, and ensure deliverables move efficiently through each stage.

Main Objectives:

* Internal Team Coordination: Work closely with designers, copywriters, media buyers, and other team members to develop high-quality marketing materials across all service offerings.
* Resource Planning and Execution: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time, meet client requirements, and align with turnaround standards.
* Organization and Internal Communication: Stay organized and proactive in scheduling internal kickoff meetings, assigning tasks, and setting deadlines to keep projects moving efficiently and reduce delays.
* Teamwork Boards Are Neat and Tidy: Task trackers &/or Teamwork spaces are accurate and updated daily.
* Projects Following Naming Conventions: Provide clear direction, thoughtful feedback, and quality control on ongoing projects to ensure they meet or exceed internal and client expectations.


Requirements

* Project Management: Ability to manage timelines, juggle multiple projects, and keep everything on track without letting anything fall through the cracks.
* Process-Oriented Thinking: Skilled at building and improving internal workflows to help the team work more efficiently and deliver consistently.
* Communication (Internal): Clear and concise communicator who can translate plans into briefs, give actionable feedback, and keep teams aligned.
* Problem-Solving: Able to troubleshoot delays, resource gaps, or unclear inputs to keep projects moving forward.
* Tool Proficiency: Comfortable using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp) and shared docs to track and communicate work.


Reporting Relationship

* This role reports to the Senior Account Manager.

* On-time Task Completion Rate: 95%+ of assigned tasks are completed on or before the deadline.
* Internal Team Satisfaction Score: 8/10 or higher average rating from creatives and other collaborators in quarterly feedback.
* Error-Free Deliverables: 95%+ of deliverables require no major revisions due to missed details or incorrect implementation.
