Project Manager - Based in São Paulo, the Project Manager will be responsible for leading market entry efforts, developing local strategies, and building operational infrastructure. This position requires a high level of autonomy and direct collaboration with senior stakeholders across regions. It is especially suited for individuals with a strong strategic mindset and a deep understanding of the gaming industry. Main Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive market research on the Brazilian betting and gaming sector, including regulations, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics. Identify and analyze high-potential growth areas across regions, customer segments, and distribution channels. Define the go-to-market strategy for retail sports betting, managing initial rollouts and early-stage partnerships. Track and evaluate key business indicators (KPIs) to inform strategic decisions. Establish and maintain partnerships with local providers (e. G., payment processors, logistics, data services), ensuring full integration with internal systems. Oversee compliance and licensing processes in coordination with local authorities. Assist in designing the local organizational framework, including staffing plans and governance structures. Represent the company in institutional and regulatory matters within Brazil. Desired experience:Minimum 2 years in roles focused on strategy, consulting, business development, or market launch initiatives. Familiarity with the gaming or betting industry is highly preferred. Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with data-driven decision-making. Fluent in Portuguese and English; French is an added advantage.
