Job Title: Strategic Talent Development Manager
About the Role:
* This key position requires a seasoned talent acquisition expert to drive strategic workforce planning and development initiatives in Brazil.
* The successful candidate will lead operational optimization, stakeholder management, and leadership across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as the primary liaison between clients and our organization, ensuring exceptional recruitment services and high-quality delivery.
2. BUILD and maintain relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, providing data-driven insights and consulting recommendations to inform strategic business decisions.
3. Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met, driving efficiency and productivity improvements.
4. Analyze operational data, identifying trends to proactively solve issues and drive process enhancements in recruiting processes.
5. Influence and guide the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining client satisfaction, promoting a culture of excellence and innovation.
6. Present insights, updates, and reports to both internal and client-side leadership, communicating complex information effectively and clearly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on talent acquisition and strategic workforce planning.
* Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms in client-facing or manager-facing roles, demonstrating expertise in talent development and acquisition.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, engaging with senior leadership and clients to build strong relationships and drive results.
* Native Portuguese, fluent in English (Spanish is an asset).
* Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence, with the ability to analyze complex challenges and implement effective solutions.
* Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery, with a track record of driving business outcomes and growth.
