Improve Operational Efficiency as a Service Delivery Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee our service operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
* Design and maintain on-call and coverage plans to guarantee critical skills availability 24/7.
* Own the incident management process, prioritizing roles, communication cadence, escalations, and post-incident reviews for maximum efficiency.
To achieve this goal, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective processes that drive positive change. You'll be responsible for implementing SLAs that align with business objectives. Furthermore,
you will ensure timely communication of changes or disruptions that may impact customers.
Manage the process so each customer is aware
of what is going on in real-time which leads greater satisfaction. In addition,you are responsible
for coordination with other departments including Sales & Marketing team members to provide current value propositions.

Key Skills:
* A minimum 5 years experience working in a related field such as enterprise support
* Hands-on experience implementing Incident Management ITIL best practices
