SAP Materials Management Consultant Role
As a seasoned professional, you will have the opportunity to excel in one of the most dynamic and challenging areas of SAP implementation. The role of SAP Materials Management Consultant involves overseeing all aspects of procurement to pay processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and providing expert advice to stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Procure to Pay Process Management: You will be responsible for managing the entire procure to pay process, from purchasing and pricing to tax code creation and support.
* Technical Expertise: As a subject matter expert, you will provide technical guidance to developers and other stakeholders on SAP implementations, upgrades, and maintenance.
* Tax Reform Project Support: You will play a critical role in supporting the SAP Tax Reform Project, focusing on activities related to procure to pay processes in purchasing, pricing, procedure, and tax code creation.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will be expected to:
* Resolve SAP issues reported by business users
* Deliver enhancements and upgrade issues as required by business users
* Complete tasks assigned by team lead and project manager
* Review solutions designed by team members and propose improvements
* Proactively work with business users to identify and resolve recurring issues
* Owning certain niche processes within broader domain area
