Senior Scrum Master Role
This role is a unique opportunity to drive performance and efficiency within our teams. As a seasoned Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
You will also remove obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. In addition, you will coach the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworks.
Key responsibilities include:
* Facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives for our customer data ecosystem teams
* Removing obstacles and impediments that hinder team progress, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
* Coaching the team on Agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworks
* Collaborating with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements
* Tracking team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, and working to improve productivity and efficiency
* Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging the adoption of Agile best practices
* Fostering a collaborative environment where team members feel empowered to contribute and innovate
* Working with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all sprints consider data privacy and regulatory requirements
* Facilitating the integration of compliance requirements into the agile development process
* Leading efforts to align Scrum practices with our organization's digital marketing strategy and goals
* Providing guidance on managing dependencies between teams and coordinating cross-team collaboration
* Staying current with industry trends in Agile methodologies, applying relevant advancements to improve team performance
* Ensuring that the team's work is aligned with business objectives, delivering value to the organization
* Providing training and mentoring to team members and other Scrum Masters within the organization
* Leading efforts to resolve conflicts and challenges within the team, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
* Driving Change Management through coaching the team and supporting them on the Transformation journey by establishing clear processes and challenging them on shifting mindset
* Overseeing the integration and use of Azure Dev Ops tools within project teams to optimize collaboration, code management, and CI/CD pipelines
* Driving the adoption of Azure DevOps features among the team, ensuring they are leveraged to enhance project transparency and delivery efficiency
