ITC Infotech is looking for FICC L2 Application Support Engineer (Front Office) to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Job Summary
We are hiring a proactive and technically strong L2 Application Support Engineer to support FICC front‑office applications in a fast‑paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently within SLA
Perform deep root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes
Raise and manage incidents, assess business impact, and communicate updates to stakeholders
Create and track problem tickets, working closely with Development teams to drive permanent resolution
Escalate complex issues to L3 and management when required
Debug and fix defects in the existing codebase
Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate closely with Development, QA, and Infrastructure teams

Mandatory Requirements

Good Knowledge on object oriented programming experience (Java, C++, Python, etc)
Experience in L2 Application Support
Development experience (preferred or combined with support)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset
Ability to manage incidents independently and stay proactive throughout the day
Good understanding of application flow, logs, databases, and system integrations
Ability to work in a high‑pressure front‑office environment

Good to have

Unix / Linux

Experience: 03-07 Years.
Working Mode: 5 days Onsite.
Language Required: English (Fluent).
