Shape the Future of Healthcare with Us
We are seeking an experienced UX/UI or Product Designer to join our team in Brazil and contribute to the development of a revolutionary healthcare communication tool.
About the Opportunity
This is a high-impact opportunity to influence product design, workflow logic, and the client's overall mission from day one. As a founding member of the team, you will have direct influence over user experience and product decisions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate directly with the founding team to understand their workflow, pain points, and goals.
* Translate early concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
* Lead the founders through the end-to-end product design process – from research through prototyping.
* Iterate designs based on feedback from medical professionals and internal stakeholders.
* Build the design foundation for future product development, including design systems and component libraries.
* Communicate design rationale clearly to both non-technical founders and technical teams.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A strong portfolio of interactive web/mobile prototypes and 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
* Advanced/fluent English language skills and CNPJ required.
* Demonstrated ability to translate abstract or clinical problems into elegant design solutions.
* Proficiency with advanced prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Origami, etc.).
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong ownership mentality and ability to work independently.
Bonus Points
If you have experience working with engineering teams, designing for communication tools or messaging apps, or working with healthcare-related platforms, your application will be highly considered.
Why This Role Is Unique
You'll have the opportunity to shape the core product experience, work closely with real users (doctors) to solve meaningful problems in patient care, and set the design foundation for future hires and product scale-up.
