The role of Workday Certified Project Manager / Business Analyst involves leading production support and enhancement initiatives, coordinating release activities, and preparing project presentations.
* Lead and coordinate Agile ceremonies and sprint planning to drive successful project delivery.
* Gather and document business requirements and functional designs to ensure seamless project execution.
* Perform data analysis and translate findings into actionable insights to inform project decisions.
The ideal candidate should have strong Workday configuration and business process setup knowledge, excellent communication and documentation skills, and exposure to CCB, Studio integrations, and payroll support.
