🎯 Your Mission
Help generate revenue growth by:
* Optimising processes
* Driving accountability
* Ensuring every lead and campaign is managed with precision — from first contact to closed deal

💼 What You’ll Be DoingSales
* Oversee and improve Sales team performance, tackling underperformance head-on
* Manage and optimise HubSpot data — ensuring reports are accurate and KPIs crystal clear
* Implement corrective action plans when off track, and identify growth opportunities when ahead
* Analyse dips using our in-house AI tools and lead improvement projects to completion
* Create a Sales Playbook for every role to ensure consistency and efficiency

Marketing
* Bring strong management and process discipline to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
* Implement and monitor all processes in ClickUp, ensuring documentation and compliance
* Manage supplier relationships — clear scope, timely delivery, quality results

* Align organic marketing with paid media buying for maximum impact
* Own budget management, tracking ROI on every campaign
* Learn our brands (including Mina’s personal brand and Trivium) to ensure aligned and effective strategies

✅ What We’re Looking For
* Fluent English (written & spoken) with strong communication skills
* Proven experience managing Sales & Marketing projects (or cross-department operations)
* Deep CRM knowledge (HubSpot experience a plus)
* Exceptional process design, implementation, and improvement skills
* Strong data analysis ability — spot trends and act fast
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
