Agile Team Facilitator
We are seeking an experienced Agile team facilitator to support our Product & Engineering environment. This is a hands-on role, ideal for a professional who is comfortable working with distributed teams and collaborating closely with Agile leadership.
This position involves facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, ensuring alignment with Agile principles. The successful candidate will also support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team. Additionally, they will partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to improve team performance and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Facilitate Scrum ceremonies in line with Agile principles.
* Support and guide one Scrum team, with potential responsibility for a second team.
* Partner with an enterprise Agile Coach to enhance team performance and delivery.
* Assist in the implementation and adoption of SAFe practices.
* Identify, escalate, and help remove impediments impacting team progress.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement through experimentation and feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master.
* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums).
* Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework); certifications are highly desirable.
* Experience working with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
* Proven ability to manage stakeholder expectations and navigate team conflicts.
* Experience working with distributed, global teams.
