SAP Data Assurance Manager Role

In this role as a SAP Data Assurance Manager, you will lead the end-to-end SAP data conversion and loading lifecycle, including technical data preparation, conversion, execution of data loads, defect management, and reporting.
* You will collaborate with project managers, functional leads, developers, and business stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure alignment with project goals.
* You will coordinate and manage data conversion and data testing cycles.
* You will ensure traceability between data conversion requirements, test cases, and defects.
* You will oversee data preparation in coordination with SAP platform, functional, and other teams.
* You will provide leadership and mentorship to other data team members and ensure adherence to data conversion best practices and standards.
* You will track and report data preparation and conversion progress, risks, and issues to project leadership.
Requirements:
This role requires strong skills in SAP data conversion, with at least 3 years in a data conversion or related data management role. You should have experience with SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.) and their integration points.
A strong understanding of data conversion tools such as ADM by Syniti is also required. Additionally, excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.
