Account Manager
This is a challenging role for an experienced Account Manager who can lead client relationships and ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing. They will be responsible for effective communication with teams and clients, leading client meetings, and taking charge of client satisfaction. Additionally, they will provide essential support to media buyers, ensuring they have all necessary tools and resources for our clients' triumphs.
The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, plus at least 1 year of experience as an Account Manager in agencies demonstrating a track record of customer satisfaction. They should also have exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building prowess, capable of fostering strong connections with clients and team members. Proficiency in multitasking and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all client needs are met timely, is essential. Fluency in English is required, as the candidate will need to lead client meetings and discussions with ease.
