About the Role
This position involves installing, configuring, and maintaining computer equipment, as well as providing technical support and resolving issues related to Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various SaaS platforms, including Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with the ability to communicate solutions clearly. You should also have experience with endpoint management, automation tools, and cybersecurity best practices, including MFA, VPNs, patch management, and incident response. Furthermore, strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to train and support non-technical users.
