The Role
Partnership Development Lead: Own strategic partnerships and fuel revenue growth across the publisher ecosystem_
As our Partnership Development Lead, you will identify, structure, and grow high‑value partnerships with publishers, platforms, data providers, and technology partners. You will build a repeatable partner motion from the ground up, working closely with management and rest of the team to deliver measurable commercial impact. This role is a remote role and suits someone ambitious and comfortable operating independently while collaborating cross‑functionally.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute partner strategies across priority segments: B2B media publishers, mid‑market technology publishing groups, and various technology media verticals.
Source, qualify, and develop new partnership opportunities that drive revenue, distribution, and product differentiation.
Build the end‑to‑end partner motion: outreach, discovery, value propositions, proposals, commercial terms, and onboarding.
Own partner relationships, including QBRs, pipeline reviews, and joint go‑to‑market plans.
Collaborate with the Product and Commecial teams to shape integrations, data sharing, and product requirements that unlock partner value.
Represent Revbox at relevant industry events where relevant.

Basic Requirements

3+ years experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales in AdTech, MarTech, or digital media.
Demonstrable track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing commercial partnerships.
Strong understanding of B2B media and online advertising.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with near‑native English skills.
Data‑driven mindset with proficiency in spreadsheet modelling and maintaining CRM systems.
Comfortable operating in an early‑stage environment with high ownership and autonomy.

Ideal Qualifications

Experience developing technology partnerships in B2B media, SaaS, MarTech, or similar spaces.
Existing network across publisher or AdTech communities is a plus.
Experience building partner programs, playbooks, and scalable enablement assets.
Familiarity with using AI tools to streamline research, outreach, and analysis.
