Overview
Eurofins Scientific is an international life sciences company with 61,000+ employees and hundreds of laboratories across 61 countries, providing analytical testing services to ensure safety and quality across multiple industries.
The Clinical LIMS Europe Program will be used as the central Laboratory Information Management System throughout Europe, and this role is crucial in defining and delivering the product roadmap. The team develops software applications in-house to support our laboratories globally and to augment planning and organization with technology.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business stakeholders and the Product Owner to define and document requirements for an access rights management application.
* Understand business needs and translate high-level requirements into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
* Create business process workflows and system designs based on collected requirements.
* Develop requirements into user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria for the Scrum team.
* Work with the Product Owner and Scrum team to develop the solution using Agile methodology.
* Use Cucumber or a similar tool to document and verify application functionality implementing Behaviour Driven Development (BDD).
* Assist in defining test cases and validating developed functionalities to ensure alignment with approved requirements.
* Ensure documentation of the developed application is accurate and up to date.
* Conduct UAT testing to validate implementation of the requirements.
* Analyse existing access control processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
* Ensure the solution adheres to IAM policies, procedures, and documentation.
* Provide functional expertise in IAM tools and platforms, ensuring optimal configuration and performance.
* Collaborate with the Operations team to troubleshoot access management issues as needed.
* Conduct meetings, training sessions, and workshops for key users to ensure smooth adoption of systems.
* Participate in requirements elicitation and understanding of other solutions within the Identity and Access domain.
* Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IAM.
Qualifications
* BE/ B.Tech / MCA or any other equivalent degree.
* Proficiency in English is a must.
* 3-7 years of experience as a Business/Functional Analyst.
* Experience with UML, Visio, Draw.io to create domain models and activity diagrams.
* Experience decomposing large functional requirements into independent, granular user stories.
* Experience with functional designs and tools for user journeys.
* Experience with agile development and management platforms such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
* Experience in User Training and delivering Application Demonstrations.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to produce clear documentation and written materials.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams and building relationships across functions and external partners.
* Ability to engage stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and drive toward optimal solutions.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to regulatory requirements.
* Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Willingness to learn and develop both personally and technically.

Working hours
Monday to Friday – 8:00 to 17:00. Hybrid work.
