Clinical Project Manager for Vaccines in LATAM
Ensuring regulatory compliance and managing complex projects from start to finish is a critical role within the vaccine industry in Latin America.
* Maintaining strong knowledge of regional requirements and implementing protocols effectively across regions ensures regulatory and GxP/GEP compliance.
* Effective planning, execution, and closure of clinical projects within scope, time, and budget involves building timelines, managing risks, resources, and milestones.
* Monitoring burn rates and controlling scope changes ensures projects stay on track.
* Leading cross-functional teams (Clinical, Epi, DM, Stats, Reg, PVG) fosters collaboration and accountability among team members.
* Clear communication with sponsors, vendors, and stakeholders translates complex requirements into actionable steps.
* Anticipating issues, developing mitigation strategies, and adapting to regulatory or operational changes as needed is crucial for project success.
The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, be able to manage multiple priorities, and possess strong communication skills. They should also have experience working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
A degree in a related field such as business administration, public health, or life sciences is required. Additionally, certifications such as PMP or Agile would be beneficial.
