We want a designer with exceptional taste, strong opinions, and the instincts to ship visuals that move metrics.What You'll DoYou'll partner with Growth, Product, Marketing, and Founders to:Own day-to-day marketing design: ad creatives, product marketing animations, landing pages, websites, email visuals, partner assetsEvolve and guard our brand system (typography, color, illustration, motion, component libraries) across web and product-adjacent surfacesTurn complex AI features into clear, conversion-ready visuals (diagrams, product mockups, short motion snippets)Rapidly prototype A/B test variants; ship multiple creative angles per weekBuild reusable templates for speed (social sets, launch kits, webinar packs, sales one-pagers)Collaborate on campaign concepts end-to-end: insight, moodboard, concept, production, iterationMaintain a tidy Figma workspace (components, tokens, documentation) so others can self-serveWhat Success Looks LikeEnhancing our designs to build thought-leadership as a bold brand within AI SaaSAsset turnaround under 48 h for priority requests; weekly creative batch dropsA cohesive brand system used across marketing and sales with near-zero reworkWho You Are6+ years hands-on design experience in SaaS / AI (agency or in-house)You know the category patterns - and how to break themExceptional taste.
