Job Title: Enterprise Design Strategist
We are seeking a skilled and innovative product designer to lead our design strategy and drive the creation of user-centered digital experiences. This role is ideal for a motivated and experienced designer who thrives on solving complex user problems, designing for technical audiences, and delivering intuitive product experiences in fast-paced environments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software, especially in security, data visualization, or technical tools. They will be proficient in design tools like Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools such as Framer or Principle. The candidate will also have experience working in agile development environments, with strong collaboration skills alongside Product Managers and Engineers.
* Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end product design processes, from discovery and research to wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design;
* Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to define product requirements and translate them into user-centered design solutions;
* Design intuitive interfaces for complex cybersecurity tools and SaaS products, focusing on usability, scalability, and performance;
* Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to validate design decisions and optimize user experience;
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives, technical constraints, and customer needs;
* Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, user behavior patterns in B2B software, and industry best practices in product design;
Requirements:
* Full professional proficiency in English (verbal and written), with the ability to clearly articulate design rationale and collaborate with international teams;
* Strong portfolio showcasing complex product design work for enterprise software, especially in security, data visualization, or technical tools;
* Deep expertise with design tools like Figma, FigJam, and prototyping tools such as Framer or Principle;
* Experience working in agile development environments, with strong collaboration skills alongside Product Managers and Engineers;
