Responsibilities
Support Project Managers in planning, execution, and delivery of security remediation projects
Assist in developing project scope, schedules, and budgets for assigned projects
Coordinate project activities across multiple sites, including scheduling and vendor engagement
Track project timelines and deliverables, proactively identifying risks and supporting mitigation strategies
Prepare and maintain project documentation and status reports for internal teams and client meetings
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project coordinator, business support, or project-based role
Basic knowledge of construction, architecture, or commercial real estate, with an interest in security projects
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with teams and stakeholders
Proficiency in project management tools and standard business applications
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Accounting, or a related field
Previous experience supporting renovation or multi-site rollout projects
Experience working with national or financial services clients
Familiarity with security systems or regulated environments
Demonstrated ability to contribute to high-performance team cultures
