Project Management Professional
This role is responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of projects within assigned regions.
* Foster transparency and provide guidance on project milestones and activities.
* Develop and tailor project plans, ensuring timely delivery and quality targets are met.
* Provide consulting services on project management, identify issues and risks, and escalate as necessary.
* Stay up-to-date with effort estimation methodologies and development engineering processes to control risks during the presales stage.
* Oversight of contract status, scope, timeline, progress, quality, and client satisfaction.
* Coordinate resources across project teams.
* Milestone deliverables and quality reviews.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project financial forecasting and variance analysis.
Responsibilities include:
* Identifying and resolving key issues, escalating when necessary.
* Communicating with stakeholders to confirm issues.
* Discussing and generating resolution options with senior managers.
* Providing mitigation plans and tracking results.
* Coordinating business activities across the organization.
* Controlling overall costs and resources (HC approval).
* Identifying owners and verifying qualifications.
* Following up on annual budgets and quality targets.
This role requires strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive overall financial and business direction.
* Familiarity with cloud business and technology is essential.
* Sales support and bid review experience is required.
* Key variances and activities follow-up (with significant impact on targets).
* Collaboration with Segment head and RBU head for problem-solving.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
* Bachelor's degree or higher.
* No less than 10 years' experience in software industry, with at least 5-8 years in PM roles.
* Knowledge of cloud tech stacks (K8S, DevOps, Microservice, security, performance, etc.).
* Experience working in global IT or consulting companies.
* CMMI, PMP, and ITIL knowledge preferred.
* Insurance industry knowledge is also desirable.
* Excellent English language skills in writing and speaking.
* Good self-management and time management skills.
