You'll build the web face of an enterprise HR platform used by HR teams, managers, and executives across Southeast Asia. Think complex admin workflows, org chart tools, compensation management, people analytics dashboards - the kind of product where the details matter because the users are professionals who'll use it every day.
What makes this role interesting: The design system is already defined - you're not making aesthetic decisions, you're making engineering decisions. The scope is wide enough that you'll touch every kind of web UI challenge over 12 months. And the AI tooling means you can move at a pace that would be impossible without it.
What you'll actually do
* Build admin modules and HR workflow screens in React v19 + TypeScript using Ant Design and the client's existing design system
* Implement state management with Zustand/useContext across complex multi-step workflows
* Integrate frontend screens with Golang backend APIs
* Collaborate directly with the designer - Figma Make outputs come to you for refinement and integration
* Maintain performance on complex data-heavy screens (org charts, analytics, bulk operations)
What we need from you
* React and TypeScript are things you do fluently, not things you're learning
* You've built forms, tables, and workflows that non-developers actually use without support
* You care about the gap between \"it works\" and \"it's fast and maintainable\"
* You use AI coding tools daily - Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent
* Comfortable in English - tickets, docs, and code are in English
