Job Description
We are seeking a skilled recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviews, feedback, offers, and onboarding.
The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles and a passion for working with technical professionals.
They will be responsible for building strong pipelines of candidates using creative sourcing strategies and leveraging various tools such as LinkedIn and ATS systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* 3-5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in an agency setting or high-growth tech environment.
* Proven experience recruiting for diverse Information Technology roles.
* Understanding of technology trends and ability to multi-task, manage multiple roles, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a plus.
