This role will be central in shaping B2B data-driven marketing and personalization strategy, building robust models that inform customer engagement, lifecycle marketing, and product strategy. Key responsibilities include designing, implementing, and optimizing customer segmentation models using clustering algorithms (e.g., k-means, DBSCAN, hierarchical clustering) to identify actionable buying groups within CDP data.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Develop predictive analytics models for customer behavior and preferences
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering) to build and scale buying group frameworks enhancing personalization, targeting, and campaign performance
Skill Requirements:
* Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R)
* Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques
* Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
