Job Title: Workday Certified Project Manager / Business Analyst
We are seeking a skilled professional to support production support and enhancement initiatives.
* Lead and coordinate release activities, Agile ceremonies, and sprint planning.
* Prepare project presentations, resource plans, and schedules.
* Gather, document, and validate business requirements and functional designs.
* Perform data analysis and translate findings into actionable insights.
* Act as a Workday Configuration SME to support production issues and enhancements.
* Review test cases, support UAT, and maintain a knowledge/response catalog.
* Work independently on CCB and Studio integrations in Workday HCM space.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in Workday functional, BA, or PM roles.
* Strong Workday configuration and business process setup knowledge.
* Proven experience with production support, enhancement management, and Agile delivery.
* Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Exposure to CCB, Studio integrations, and payroll support.
