About the Role

We are seeking a driven and results-focused sales professional to join our team as an Account Manager.

* This is a challenging opportunity for someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a diverse range of customers to drive revenue growth and develop pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling Prometheus Group products and services to new and existing customers, developing effective opportunity plans to ensure revenue target delivery and sustainable growth, establishing key relationships at multiple levels within assigned accounts, developing and delivering high-level product demonstrations, participating in the development of assigned regions, including account relationships, prospect profiling and sales cycles, and maintaining accurate customer and pipeline information in Salesforce.

* Sales and Territory Development:
* Achieve or exceed quota targets.
* Develop and maintain relationships with customers and prospects.
* Work in coordination with other teams to target high-value prospects.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a B.S/B.A. in Business, Communication or related field, fluency in Portuguese and Spanish, 2-4 years' sales experience within software, excellent communication skills, high energy, and the ability to work effectively as an individual contributor and within a team.

Candidates should be self-starters who can learn quickly and easily engage clients, articulate business value to prospects, gather needs and understand initiatives as they relate to solutions, document all activity related to accounts, and stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and best practices.
