Your Role
You are responsible for the rollout of CargoWise in every Aprojects office, from the first kick off to daily usage after go live. You train teams, align operations, finance and IT, and make sure each implementation runs smoothly. You prepare offices, solve practical challenges, translate workflows into the system and guide colleagues through change.
Your Responsibilities
Lead the complete onboarding and rollout of CargoWise in all group offices
Deliver clear training and onboarding sessions with focus on the forwarding module
Guide local teams through configuration, testing, go live and stabilisation
Coordinate with operations, finance, IT and external partners for integrations
Translate workflows into effective CargoWise settings and improvements
Provide documentation and updates to the Global CFO
Who You Are
You have strong experience with CargoWise and enjoy helping others understand and use the system. You are comfortable switching between countries, cultures and teams, and you can manage several implementations at the same time. You work in English and are open to global travel.
Nice to Have
Experience with Warehouse or Land Transport modules, EDI, XML or JSON, DocBuilder, Excel or CargoWise financial workflows.
A CargoWise Certified Professional badge is a plus.
