About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to join our team. As a key member of our delivery organization, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of agile projects and programs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the team.
* Coach teams on agile principles and practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum frameworks.
* Collaborate with product owners to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements.
* Track team performance metrics, such as velocity and burndown, and work to improve productivity and efficiency.
* Promote a culture of transparency and visibility across all project stakeholders.
* Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
* Stay current with industry trends in agile methodologies, applying relevant advancements to improve team performance.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in agile delivery, preferably in a Scrum Master or Team Lead capacity.
* Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
* Excellent coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
