Service Delivery Expert
We're looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to take ownership of our service operations:
* Create and maintain on-call and coverage plans that ensure all critical skills are available when needed.
* Design incident management processes for customer accounts, including priorities, roles, communication cadence, escalations, and post-incident reviews.
Job Description:
As a Service Delivery Expert you will be responsible for the following tasks:
* Evaluate technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner to minimize downtime.
* Maintain relationships with customers by providing exceptional service support through various channels (email, phone calls). You will have access to tools like ITSM (Incident Management System) where tickets can be submitted or viewed. To resolve an issue please check each ticket carefully before proceeding with a fix. If you need more information from the caller ask politely but clearly if possible so I can assist them better! This way both parties get what they want out of their interaction together!
The ideal candidate should have experience working in similar positions within companies operating across different time zones.
The role requires strong communication skills as well as analytical thinking ability which enables quick problem-solving techniques without causing further complications down line - keeping everyone happy!
