As a marketing coordinator you will be supporting in the leading of development of the Trade Marketing Strategy for the country, to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories; design activities to increase Sell Out in Consumer & Commercial in all channels and execute promotion mix to ensure maximum and persuasive information, create awareness, generate "call to action" in Consumer & Commercial Tires. This role also supports the process of planning, implementing and controlling sales & marketing strategies in order to accomplish company´s AOP Goals in Consumer & Commercial Tires. The marketing coordinator is in charge of driving and integrating marketing communications to ensure maximum information and persuasive impact on customers in Consumer & Commercial Tires. Development of Trade Promotional Plan and Calendar with key customers and channels and coordination/communication to all customers of new product launches and deployment of marketing initiatives and support materials are part of the role. What You'll Do: Responsible for delivering Promotion & Marketing Communications services that are key to building and maintaining the Goodyear brand and image in the marketplace in support of defined business objectives across key markets. Respond to the needs of the sales team, maintaining fluid communication with them on marketing program implementation progress in the point of sales, analysis and opportunities. Responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with advertising, media and public relations agencies. Participate in the idealization and design of branding and promotional campaigns and support logistics and implementation in the distributor network. Keep a record of promotional material inventory, delivery quantities and dates. Support corporate events, meetings and GY expositions. Coordinate all activities performed prior, during and post event. Support brand communication to end-consumers through a variety of traditional and digital communication channels, including social media sites. Responsible for planning and managing, tracking and reporting marketing communication related budget and expenses. Retain services, requests Purchase Orders (PO), upload expenses in the systems, generate credit and debit notes, perform account reconciliation, ensure timely and correct payment for services to providers - Responsible for tracking and evaluation of metrics and ROI of marketing communication and POS sales incentives investments. What We're Looking For: Fluent in English and intermediate Spanish. Bachelor's in communication, Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline (MBA desired) A minimum of 4 years of proven experience with branding, product marketing and/or corporate communication Experience within a global or multinational organization. 0 or more years of experience managing budget and expenses. 0 or more years of experience managing Advertising, Media and Public Relations agencies. 0 or more years of experience in handling Media initiatives 0 or more years of experience supporting marketing and promotional campaigns implementation within retailers.
