The Governance & New Demands Lead role requires a strategic mindset to balance operational governance with business agility.
* Lead new demand intake, evaluation and prioritization ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategy.
* Drive continuous improvement in CFIN and PaPM processes and tools working with business and IT teams.
* Ensure smooth transitions from projects to operations coordinating with functional and technical teams.
* Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are well understood and implemented.
* Establish standardized procedures for demand management governance and service transitions.
* Track and report on governance and demand management efficiency providing insights to leadership.
* Mitigate risks associated with new demands and operational governance.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Familiarity with ITIL COBIT DevOps Lean 6 sigma Scrum and SAP landscapes including SAP Central Finance and SAP PaPM.
* Knowledge of project management change management methodologies and customer success capabilities.
* Experience with reporting analytics tools and tracking demand governance performance.
