**DESCRIPTION**:
Main responsibilities (not limited to):
- Develop, maintain, improve, and implement human resources policies and procedures according to local requirements/needs and Company guidelines
- Work closely with management by providing them with expert guidance, coaching and support on the full range of HR services and keeping management abreast of issues that may affect company operations.
- Collaborate with management to drive key HR related processes throughout the Region / Sector/ United /Local area including but not limited to performance management, talent management, career development and organization development, and provide feedback to management and recommend changes.
- Manage company guidelines relating to employee relations, ensuring they are carried out in accordance with established policies and governmental laws and regulations.
Reviews all terminations to ensure adherence to employment laws.
- Oversees and directs the daily functions of the HR personnel, providing support and guidance as needed, including but not limited to, payroll, benefits administration, recruiting, data entry and maintenance of employee information systems.
- Manage the compensation & benefits process in coordination with Company HR, make sure standards are competitive with local market
- Support management in strategic workforce planning.
- Manage the HR infrastructure in an efficient and thus cost effective manner.
- Assess and anticipate HR related needs, communicate needs proactively within the HR department and business management.
- Drive the implementation of company and Regional/Local HR projects, systems and procedures.
- Make sure HR Company strategy is adapted and aligned with Regional & Local HR projects and activities
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, improve our culture and increase retention.
- Represent company at personnel-related hearings and investigations and external legal matters.
- Ensure full compliance with local law and where needed, international labor law legislation.
Consults with external/internal legal advisors as needed/required.
- Deal with complex or sensitive day-to day people management issues.
- Forming and developing HR team to ensure highest quality and performance of HR sevices
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Solid working experience and compatible Education level (Psychology, Economics, Law or equivalent degree)
- Good general knowledge in all fields of HR
- Good understanding of Business strategy of ROSEN and business needs
- Good understanding of national law in Argentina, Colombia and Brazil
- Fluent in English (Fluent Spanish will be considered a plus)
- Advanced leadership skills
