About the Role:
We're looking for a Manual QA Specialist to support the quality assurance process for a real estate technology platform serving in the U.S. to assist in testing new integrations and gradually transition into a customer-facing support role. Initially focused on manual Quality Assurance, this position will play a key role in ensuring the successful rollout of new features and products. Over time, responsibilities will shift toward providing support and guidance to end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute manual testing for new features, workflows, and integrations (e.g. BI tools like SiSense);
* Identify, document, and help resolve bugs and usability issues;
* Collaborate with product and development teams to ensure timely fixes and improvements;
* Create and maintain clear test cases and documentation;
* Learn and understand real estate and mortgage workflows to validate real-world scenarios;
* Provide occasional feedback on product usability from a customer perspective.
What We're Looking For:
* 5+ years of experience in manual QA testing is a must;
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment with U.S. time zone availability;
* Prior experience with SaaS platforms or tech solutions in real estate;
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to document findings clearly;
* Willingness to learn about the U.S. real estate industry;
* Upper-Intermediate English (written and spoken) is a must.
