As a Brand & Marketing Designer, you'll partner with Growth, Product, Marketing, and Founders to own day-to-day marketing design, evolve and guard our brand system, and turn complex AI features into clear, conversion-ready visuals.Remote-first (worldwide applicants welcome)Compensation set based on agreed hours / work scope of part-time role (flexible)Part-time freelance (5–20 h/week) with clear path to full-time within 12 months based on impactReports to Founder/Marketing/Head of DesignWhat You'll DoOwn day-to-day marketing design: ad creatives, product marketing animations, landing pages, websites, email visuals, partner assets.Evolve and guard our brand system (typography, color, illustration, motion, component libraries) across web and product-adjacent surfaces.Turn complex AI features into clear, conversion-ready visuals (diagrams, product mockups, short motion snippets).Rapidly prototype A/B test variants; ship multiple creative angles per week.Build reusable templates for speed (social sets, launch kits, webinar packs, sales one-pagers).Collaborate on campaign concepts end-to-end: insight → moodboard → concept → production → iteration.Maintain a tidy Figma workspace (components, tokens, documentation) so others can self-serve.What Success Looks LikeEnhancing our designs to build thought-leadership as a bold brand within AI SaaSAsset turnaround under 48 h for priority requests; weekly creative batch drops.A cohesive brand system used across marketing and sales with near-zero rework.Who You Are6+ years hands-on design experience in SaaS / AI (agency or in-house).Exceptional taste. Refined typography, layout discipline, restraint where it matters, edge where it counts.Deep interest in current design trends in tech/SaaS/AI; you've got references at your fingertips.Not afraid to be bold. You can defend strong creative while staying coachable.Fast-paced, passionate, easy to work with.
