Business Technical Service Analyst Role

We are seeking a skilled Business Technical Service Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, understand their business objectives and expectations, and provide exceptional support and services.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
">
* Evaluate client requirements, estimate effort, and guide clients on utilizing standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
">
* Participate in converting client requirements into detailed technical specifications, presenting them internally and externally, and securing requirement sign-off.
">
* Gain knowledge of critical business impact issues from the Service Desk and assist with documentation and maintenance of client system environments.
">
* Contribute to release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams, ensuring that code releases do not negatively impact client operations.
">
* Take part in executing simple project/development work plans and revise them as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
">
Minimum Qualifications
">
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
">
* Solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
">
* Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
">
* Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation.
">
* Advanced English language skills for speaking, listening, and writing.
