* Oversee the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring that all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between Google and RSR, ensuring high-quality recruitment services. Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
* Build trust with clients through exceptional communication and negotiation skills, delivering results-driven solutions that meet their needs.
* Lead the recruitment delivery team, focusing on process improvements and efficiency gains while maintaining high standards of quality.
* Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth, developing strategic partnerships and implementing innovative solutions.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles, with a focus on talent acquisition.
* Experience working in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, preferably in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
* Native fluency in Portuguese and English (Spanish is an asset). A strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and professional presence are essential for success in this role.
